Love chocolate? This run is for you! The Chocoholic Frolic 5k/10k is returning to St. Paul and it's fun for all! Are you competitive? The 5k and 10k are chip timed and you will be rewarded with chocolate at the finish line. Just want to take your sweet time? Run, jog, or walk your way through these courses and enjoy a chocolate stop. The event ends with melted chocolate and treats for dipping at the finish line! Each participant will receive a techinical quarter zip jacket, race tote, and a Chocoholic Frolic Finisher Bar. There will also be tasty door prizes that every participant has a chance to win. Race Awards
Chocolately awards will be given to the top three overall winners in the 5K and 10K, and first place male and female runner in each age category: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Up. 

5k & 10k overall winners 
1st place (mug & $50 Running Room gift card)
2nd place (mug & $40 Running Room gift card)
3rd place (mug & $25 Running Room gift card)

Age categories (both male & female) winners
1st place in each will recieve a mug & $20 Running Room gift card


Race Day Parking

There will be no participant parking available in the park on race morning. The closest race day parking is provided at the two following locations for $10 a vehicle:

75 West Plato Blvd. (Only entrance is on Plato)

155 South Wabasha (Only entrance is on Plato) – Wasbasha entrance will be closed

Space at these two lots is limited and spaces will go quickly, so arrive early if you want a premium parking space. Click here for an interactive map of St. Paul public parking. 


Kids K
This year kids can join in the chocolate fun with their very own Kids K! Every Kids K participant will receive a Chocoholic Frolic Kids K tshirt, as well as a finisher cookie from Great American Cookies.
